Workshops

If you are interested in learning more about herbs and how to look after yourself and your family using these wonderful plants then you may be interested in coming along to one of my one day workshops. Held in the spring and the autumn these days are an opportunity to meet other like minded people, share knowledge and learn in a friendly environment.

Saturday 10th March 2007
Massage Workshop

10am – 4pm

This workshop aims to encourage massage for relaxation and health. Working in a small group, learn the basic techniques for safe and effective massage.

£30.00 for the workshop which includes herbal teas (please bring your own packed lunch)

Saturday 12th May 2007
A Walk on the Wild Side

Meet at 2pm

Join me for a walk at Whitlingham Country Park where we will look at plants in their natural environment. Learn to identify common herbs while discovering their healing properties.

£5.00 please book beforehand

Making Herbal Remedies - a workshop

10am -4pm

This workshop aims to encourage the use of the many healing herbs that grow in our gardens and hedgerows. Discover how to use these plants and make your own ointments, tinctures and syrups.

£30.00 for the workshop which includes herbal teas (please bring your own packed lunch)
